Francesca Sanders

Project Lead
Frankie is a Project Lead for many of our health and social care projects. She is passionate about building systems and cultures that support prevention and well being.

Across our work in health, Frankie has been heavily involved in our commissioning work, helping to define outcomes that matter for residents in the borough of Richmond alongside Richmond CCG, Richmond Council and COBIC. She has also managed the community co-design of two local hospitals in one of the largest hospital transformation programmes in the history of the NHS, partnering with PwC through Shaping a Healthier Future.

Frankie has also been involved in projects to support better integration of health and social care services. She coordinated our work with NHSIQ to spread models of care and to share learning from the 14 integrated care pioneers. She has also worked with Southwark and Lambeth Integrated Care to scale up successful practices.

Prior to joining, Frankie worked at Nesta to develop a learning framework for i-teams: a project to uncover the most innovative teams in government from around the world. Her earlier experience was in commercial research and consultancy working with large organisations such as Pfzier, Ministry of Education New Zealand and Hilton. She holds a first class degree in geography from University College London.
