Jane Creasy

Senior Associate
Jane is an independent consultant with experience of educational leadership at school and national level. Her work with a range of organisations focuses on the design, development and facilitation of leadership programmes and conferences; on innovation and improvement strategies; and on leadership policy.

She is co-designer and facilitator for the National College Fellowship Programme for National Leaders of Education; a senior associate of the Innovation Unit; and formerly a headteacher and a director of the National College.  She has been an independent adviser on Creativity to the DCSF (now DfE), a consultant adviser to the Creative Partnerships organisation, a co-founder of the Future Leaders programme and is co-developer of a number of projects on creativity and leadership.

Her experience with us includes working with the New York City ‘iZone’ network of schools and principals as part of the city’s radical reform agenda. She has also contributed to the Cisco/ Innovation Unit Global Education Leaders Programme, which involves senior state and national leaders from several continents.

She is on the Board of Centrepoint, the charity for homeless young people, a magistrate, Vice-Chair of Governors of the University of Bedfordshire and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts."
