Siobhan Edwards

Senior Associate
Siobhan is a coach, facilitator and freelance project manager with over 20 years’ experience working across the voluntary, public and private sectors.

Siobhan has a strong commitment to her own personal and professional development and to supporting this work with individuals and teams. She is an expert communicator, as well as a creative project- and programme manager, skilled in design and delivery across a broad range of areas including leadership development, innovation practice and arts education.

Siobhan is based in York and currently works with a wide range of local and national organisations including Charityworks, the Clore Social Leadership Programme, the NUS and the Rank Foundation.

Until July 2013, Siobhan was Fellowship Director for the Clore Social Leadership Programme, a charity that seeks to identify, connect and develop aspiring leaders in the social sector. Before that, she worked in programme design and delivery for Nesta, the UK’s innovation agency.

For the Innovation Unit, Siobhan is working on the DfE Children's Social Work Innovation Programme supporting a number of projects looking at new ways of working with children and adolescents in and on the edge of care.
