Innovation Facilitation is not a ‘product’. Rather, it is a process critical to innovation - an enabling function that works with the grain of local leaders’ ambitions. We will help you to turn great ideas and aspirations into new practices, to hold on to the scale of your ambitions in the face of systemic challenges. We will also stay the course. As a public service not-for-profit, we have to care about your ambitions and feel that we can add value (or we don’t work with you).
Where it goes from there varies but there are some common characteristics, none more so than the belief that innovative solutions require leaders working together to succeed. We facilitate groups of leaders. For example, we help you to facilitate key events, bringing a range of powerful tools. We enable new kinds of conversations and we broker new collaborations. We also help build strategic external partnerships where these are critical to success.
