Alessandra Tombazzi
Service Designer
Alessandra is a Service Designer with a focus on connecting people, places and processes across complexity to catalyse systemic change. She uses her practice to visualise services, systems and the stakeholders that support them, by defining and scaling radical approaches to complex problems using a planet-centric approach.
Alessandra is currently working within Innovation Unit’s Justice and Reducing Violence portfolio, in partnership with London’s Violence Reduction Unit to promote place-based approaches to reducing violence in selected London neighbourhoods.
She previously worked at the Royal Society of Arts as an Innovation and Change Designer, working across a number of projects that aimed to bring regenerative practice into every stage of life. Project work included using service design to develop an inclusive lifelong learning programme, creating a framework for life-centric capabilities, and connecting creative corridors across the UK.
