Ken is the Head of Finance and Operations at Innovation Unit, with over 17 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning, and operational leadership across various industries. In his current role, Ken oversees the day-to-day finance and operations, ensuring the organisation runs smoothly while providing key financial insights that support decision-making and promote long-term growth. He works closely with the leadership team to deliver comprehensive financial reports, manage cross-departmental budgets, and ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial standards.
Ken plays a key role in driving operational efficiency, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve business processes, refine financial and operational controls, and project management systems. His efforts ensure our organisation remains agile, efficient, and aligned with our mission to innovate and drive social change.
Before joining Innovation Unit, Ken was Head of Finance and Operations at PPL (Private Public Ltd). He has also held finance roles at the Hong Kong Tourism Board, Skiworld Ltd, and Harvey Nichols & Co Ltd.
