Always Hope Independent Evaluation Report April 2024

Always Hope is a new solution that provides support to young adults with experience of care and custody. The independent evaluation of the project shows how bringing practitioners from prison, probation and local authority leaving care and Lifelong Links services together with young adults improves the quality of the support offer and helps the young adults to build supportive social networks.
